took me a while to understand what you were saying. But i will tackle it and see if i can guide you in the right direction.
1. This does not sound like a game issue, it sounds more like a hardware/driver conflict. that is causing your problem. You may have totally up to date drivers, but this can still happen if you have multiple hardware components on the same IRQ that are trying to access at the same time. To see if its the sound card that is the problem disable it in the bios(get someone who knows what they are doing to do this for you if you have no clue). Then boot up and start the game with no sound runt he game and see if it crashes. This should tell you if you need a peripheral sound card board instead of the standard on board one.

2. this is common if you have a bad connection.

Uh with respect NO first, all my hardware exceeds specifiications and recommended system.requirements . Also every other game inc another from bioware have ALWAYS not crackled nor faulted since I got them and that includes, mmass effect I NEVEr had ANY sound conflict or driver conflict bfre though I concede it might b possible when using my quad core z68 gigabyte motherboard with 6 gig DDR 3 ram that maybe? Strain with on board sound is starting to.show? We see.

On the second bug, u may have a greater point. I using wireless at this new place, and a older but effective router though it average but having said that BEFORE I moved out I used the faster fixed line connection and I still had that problem.

I do wonder whether it was cos I took out the audigy 4 sound card that the load on mboard is causing the strain.? What do you think? Ironically I replaced sound canard with thew wireless network card to get wireless connection. But then again when I started a New games after sound glitch and game freeze, sound and gameplay worked fine....

If you can repeat what you experienced and make a video it would help.

I'm inclined to agree with Onishiro on this and say there's a Hardware issue on your end, more specifically your Graphics card that could be at fault. If you have some canned air lying around, open up the side of your PC and clear any dust that may have settled in your PC with it. It should hopefully sort out most, if not all the problems. Check to make sure all your drivers are updated too.

As for the internet connection. Depending on your network card, it could be because it cannot process vast amounts of data quick enough, or there may be something interfering with the signal (IE too close to a wall or in my case, a large metal bed right next to the PC lol). If a dusting of the circuitry and a shift around doesn't work, see if you can buy a portable wireless receiver (dongle) that plugs into your USB port. They're pretty cheap these days, 'plug in and play' and often do the job better than network cards. (especially if used in front USB ports rather than the back)
