ME3 EC DLC won't authenticate and EA Customer Support is full of idiots...

So yeah. I downloaded the EC DLC and every time I log on to ME3 I get the little error message: Cannot authenticate DLC pleasue log in with..... yadda yadda yadda.

See, I've only got one account: the one I used to download the DLC, so that is not the problem.

I've redownloaded the dlc, did the repair install, uninstall, etc. I've logged out, gone offline, done everything I was told might help, and that had helped for the MP dlc I downloaded. It didn't work.

So I called EA customer support. I told them that while I also have a PS3 edition, my PC edition of Me3 was the one with the problem. Five emails later, EA Customer Support still doesn't understand that it's my PC edition that is playing up. I'm about to tear the bastards a new one, because how many emails must I send before they realise that it's the PC PC PC PC PC that's the problem.

So please, please, please, please, PLEASE tell me that there's a way to fix this that avoids those idiots! PLEASE!!!! I'm getting desperate here! And if I actually send the email I just wrote I'd probably get banned.

Most people who had this problem fixed it by disabling their antivirus software. After you you upgrade some program on your pc antivirus thinks it's infected or something and closes it's network access. Real viruses work fine though.
