Hello, I've just purchased a retail disc of Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition and everytime I try to open the launcher there will be several error boxes that start with "There is an issue with the following XML:" and proceeds to show various kinds of XML problems.

I tried to manually open the game setup from the disc and it says "Setup is missing critical files in order to run."

I admit, I did played this game from a pirated download before, and I even run the pirated DLCs and include mods before I decided to buy this game. Maybe that causes the problem?
