I actually saw this on yesterday when I went to the comic shop.

Looked at it, looked one row to the left and saw this...

Isn't that templar in the concept art wearing that fur?

^It looks like Alistair. And the book says it's suppose to be about Alistair in the Tevinter empire.

Well Alistair was trained as a Templar looking at the clothing looks like leather armour with a Fur top piece similar to Loghain's armour available in DA2 DLC
