Hi all,

Here's the deal (for me at least).

Buy a pack through the store using credits in-game = no problem.

Purchase BW points to buy a pack = 99.9% of the time it'll take the points and not reward a pack until you load ME3 next.  

If you purchase a pack after it takes your points and rewards nothing - it'll hang on 'searching for outstanding purchases'

Whenever you buy a pack using BW points, Origin goes dark and comes back up again - like it's going offline and back online. 

Please fix - it's rather frustrating - love having to reload ME over and over again to get my rewards. 

Hate to think how many ppl think they've been ripped off...

It's been an issue that's gone on for months. I don't think they'll ever fix it since it doesn't affect the gameplay (like Bethesda). They're too busy working on the next DLC to try and keep us happy.
