I am always entertained by the fact that on the internet, people need to be punched in the face with 'hard numbers' to understand a concept like "Supply and Demand".

If the supply is large and the demand is low, then the price of a commodity will drop. You don't need sales/return numbers to understand this. This does not give an empirical value of worth as that is a subjective concept, however, it is a good indicator of overall reception of a product. If people don't want or like something, they don't buy it, therefore product remains unsold until a sales price can be found where buyer apprehension is overridden by 'value' for the dollar.

I'm not going to debate these concepts further.

I already did. I even tested this when I went out of state, A game that was 60-70 bucks is now from $30 to a few comic shops that have it at $5. For tha back stock Store watching is all the evidence you need. Go to any game store within a 30 mile radius of you, and try to find one store that has sold more copies then they are getting as trade in. Frankly how about showing me numbers that I'm wrong before demanding more. However since your assuming all game stores have websites which a lot don't I'll humor you

First off what would bioware gain from not releasing this for an entire year jerking the fanbase around along the way? I can't imagine anyone at bioware would say yeah instead of telling everyone that our game was rushed to meet a deadline and to be patient because we will fix it through DLC they instead say let's act like we're not doing anything and talk down to them because "they didn't get it" and then release the new ending a year later. Yeah no one is gonna think like that. Also doing this would render the EC completely pointless and a waste of time on Bioware's part. Sorry, but no, this isn't happening.

I guess the question is, why not? What are they doing right now exactly? They are still jerking the fanbase around by not answering the relevant questions.

You shouldn't have to defend Clevernoob. Anyone who watches the IT Documentaries would know that he seems very smart and rather critical in his own analysis and of the IT itself. I believe that he believes this "Project X" but in my opinion, it seems to good to be true. I really want it to be true, but I don't see it happening. And also, why call it something so generic as "Project X"?
