And that poor woman Jacob comforts in his slide for that ending who looks like her step dad just got done touching her in bad places. And David Archer, who went insane the last time he was plugged into a computer.

And lets not even start on the husks.

We have aid numerous times now, we have "ended the endings". While there is more DLC for both Single and Multiplayer still to come, there is no more "endings" DLC.

"Of course you would say that if you were secretly planning something." and so on.

Conspiracy theories never die.... they don't tend to fade away either.

I´ll leave it here ...

Ah, and do you remember that part about EC like:
We won´t change endings or add new ones ? Or did I missing something -_-

Even if Mister Priestly is lying to our faces (which would not surprise me in the least at this point, it's not like Devs have been straight with us before,) getting hopes up at this point is just plain cruel, and stupid regardless.

I am saying that they lowered themselves so much that there is no more trust in their words anymore.

Thank you.

Dito. End of rumor. Not the end of conspiracy theories, sadly.

Yes ending dlc is finished...but what about post-ending? If I see somewhere post-ending DLC confirmed to be not happening I'll believe PX not being real

How are they supposed to do post ending DLC if in 3 out of 4 endings the protagonist IS DEAD?

lol

Okay, I know i'm most likely not going to get an answer to this. But it is a very simple question.

Why not?

IT reminds me of this great Bane quote:
"There's a reason why this prison is the worst hell on earth... Hope. Every man who has ventured here over the centuries has looked up to the light and imagined climbing to freedom. So easy... So simple... And like shipwrecked men turning to sea water from uncontrollable thirst, many have died trying. I learned here that there can be no true despair without hope. So, as I terrorize Gotham, I will feed its people hope to poison their souls. I will let them believe they can survive so that you can watch them clamoring over each other to "stay in the sun." You can watch me torture an entire city and when you have truly understood the depth of your failure, we will fulfill Ra's al Ghul's destiny... We will destroy Gotham and then, when it is done and Gotham is ashes, then you have my permission to die."
BW is Bane and the hope used to torture the prisoners is IT.

Because art and integrity and this is the only story they know how to tell even though it's complete garbage and a direct rip off of Dues Ex and blah blah blah.

Because they don't give a **** anymore, and they don't want to admit they screwed up and are willing to fix the problem, and are content to just leave it as it is. A thematically destructive, depressing mess of an ending.

There's too much on the line for it. Forget the "artistic integrity" garbage for a moment and consider. For all the paragon Shepards out there, are they more likely to sacrifice themselves to save the galaxy or an entire race and one or more of their crew? The choice is pretty simple.

If Bioware sided with Indoctrination Theory (is it so hard not to use acronyms?), then we'd be sacrificing EDI and the geth and all the other Artificial Integelligence out there. (Not to mention, another synthetic-organic war in the future where billions die again.) That just isn't an option.

The scope of destruction for the Crucible is "just too damn high" a price to pay and it's set up like that on purpose.

In other words, it's set up so they can't do a sequel on purpose.

Or if you go by Merizan, it won't matter because Synthesis happens anyway.

*Scoff*

It's funny you're not the first person who's barely spoken to me here that said that. I wonder if you're more right than the last one.

Everyone who dismisses the IT but instead accepts that ME3 is just poorly written is called a troll these days. When you're called a troll, chances are that it's either an ITer or a bio-drone who's calling you a troll.

Funny thing is that people praise "Dark Knight Rises" and while DKR did the ending very well the Whole movie has some loose ends some inconsistencies and bizzare things are going on.
Cops been trapped for 5 months under earth alive...
Cops again Rushing to bane's militia (whose militia features MACHINEGUN"S) it reminds me the reaper beam rush in the ending. Great Plan there!!!...
Bruce alone injured tramping and shut in his mansion in the beggining of the movie for no apparent reason (just like ME3 without having plyed arrival)...
Everyone seems to know Batman's identity except Gordon... How did Blake figured that out?
Minor complaints i know but as i said everyone is praising DKR... whereas ME3 sucks

I can understand you immediately bringing up "IT", being a thread involving clevernoob. But what about if it's not IT, like a successful refuse ending?

PS: yes it is too hard not to use acronym, I have said the elongated version too many times and I lose a brain cell everytime I type it in it's full form

I Say don't talk about it. If it is leaked we are stuck with what we have now. It will be the dark matter leak all over again which caused this mess to begin with. So just leave well enough alone.

In order to remain hopeful of a reply, I wont resort to this kind of talk.

But adding a refuse ending to their original endings was allowed. I never wanted the endings changed or "new" endings. I just want "additional" endings that allow us to win.

More variety, surely in a game like Mass Effect that can't be a bad thing.

How about Bioware release some modding tools so we can make our own endings?!.. we are supposed to headcanon our own anyway yes?

When the added variety is the opportunity to let everyone in the galaxy die and burn for no reason, only to find out later that some other race used the exact same machine to end the war is definitely a bad thing, as far as I'm concerned. Bioware saw fit to add another depressing, bleak ending. What, they already used up all their happy ending points?
