You can promote as many as you want.  If you decide to play 72 hours straight, leveling your characters and promoting them, then you'll be a hero.  Just be careful.  Lately on the news you keep reading about gamers dying due to exhaustion.

I don't get it. What does medigel have to do with characters at level 20?

I'll promote all save the soldier--multiple times even if I get them back to level 20 again during the operation.

Why not the soldier you might ask?

Because I run my Turian without marksman, and I'd have to burn a power re-set card to re-spec him after promoting.

Not to beat a dead horse, but they really need to add an option where you can re-spec for a set number of credits.

Promoted 5 tonight, but left the engineers alone. Already back up to level 18 on the adept, so I'll promote her again tomorrow for my 6.

I promoted 4 & got them back at around level 11-12 already. Probably gonna do 4 more then i am done.

I'll promote what characters I can when I actually get access to my 360. A family member of mine is using the console right now, after having surgery. So, my family member takes priority right now. When I get a chance, I'll promote a few characters, just for this event.

You'll go as low as begging people ?, well if you go as low as that, i bet you can go even lower, try to bribe me so i promote more than 2 classes.

The medi gel and victory pack does not interest me, the medi gel is useless if you got a good group, and you should not use more than 2 or 3 if your group is bad, just wipe save them for a better group, the credit operation is far better that way.

It really doesn't take long to get a character back up to 20, hell it's actually fun.

It does not take long but you are still forced to go down in difficulty to level up your chars again, wich means you will gain less credits during that time.

I prefer to stay in gold farm group and earn a million a day, than return in bronze or silver to not even gain half as that a day and a free victory pack that has the same content of a jumbo pack.

And no i do not find leveling fun, it is actually extremely boring.

This is the only time now we can get this extra gel, everything else we can get by simply playing.

I plan on promoting at least 1 of each class this weekend.

Already did four of them. I didn't do the Engineer and Vanguard classes because I don't have those characters unlocked, plus I want to keep playing Gold.

Wait I kinda suck with Engineers and Vanguards.

If we're lucky, there will be an overwhelming percentage of people promoting 6 characters. I have 2 ready to go and 1 almost at 20. Will probably have 4 or 5 done by the end of the event.

Well, I just got home from work, so if you give me about 10-15 minutes or so to get changed and grab a beer, all my six will shortly be added to the count.

And my husband is good for at least two more from his own account.

I don't mind the promoting. I do mind coming in first place with 160,000XP in a 384K Gold match with a Level 1 Krogan Sentinel.
