Does anyone know if they plan on making the user-made content for the PC available for the XBOX 360? Thanks!

BioWare has stated many times they intend to port a few of the very best mods to consoles so this will likely happen eventually. The game has not been out long enough for any truly amazing mod to be made and BioWare is busy with patches, Return to Ostagar and holidays....they are human too and have kids and families and all that. I think that once the patches start to be in less demand.....especially for the PC and they get the toolset working properly to facilitate the creation of good mods then we'll see a couple.

Highly unlikely. There's too much involved for it to be feasible, considering the mod authors.
