The Lair of the Shadow Broker mission, where you assault his ship.

Grunt's loyalty mission. Pretty much the begining of it. I just love the headbutt to much.

Definitely Lair of the Shadow Broker and then pretty much all the missions on Ilium. I just love the layout of the Nos Astra locations.

The suicide mission itself. It's so well done. Other than that, they're all kind of the same, headed toward the shooter game that ME3 became. I will say my least favorites are samara's and thane's because if you miss a beat you lose them. So I always save those two before doing them. But I haven't played ME2 enough to have it all memorized so now that ME3 has been traded ME2 will get more time and I'll probably change my mind. But I really do like the collector ship ones. Especially the suicide ones. They're different than shooters which is what ME2 had mostly become and I'm not really a shooter person. Powers become relevant in the ships if you want to get through them fast and not have to hear harbinger go on and on. And for the collectors, reeve is my favorite though now as an adept I find singularity quite useful too. Let the others shoot. I'll shoot when I have to but I rely more on powers and use the other squads powers a lot too. Makes it faster and takedowns are more efficient.

aside from the suicide mission I would have to say Thanes recruiting mission where you have the option to push the mercenary out the window or not

Suicide Mission if I have to pick.

I like most of the main line missions nearly equally though. If I have to choose from those it would be either Archangel, Haestrom, Assassin, or Treason.

They're all the same to me barring samara's and thane's loyalty which always make me nervous and I save before them. The rest are so similar with them being shooters and nothing interesting added that the only one I really love is the suicide mission. Archangel is second because I'm back with Garrus and that makes it worth it. The rest are just fights to me. Pretty much all the same fights too with lots of mercs in most of them. But I'm used to that now and it beats ME3 so I just look for how to take the enemy down fast so I can get to that suicide mission that I love.

Suicide mission is the best, though I have to give props to the Tali, Thane and Archangel recruitment missions and the Mordin, Grunt, Thane and Legion loyalty missions.

Suicide mission is hard to surpass. ME3 really needed to do something on that level. It was just too awesome to not get some kind of a repeat with changes of course, but similarities as well. I would have loved if they used the whole crew in the assault on the reaper and then teams of allies that were collected for other assaults where you choose who goes where and even get a little info at who is best at what (like geth could have had specific talents that messed with the reaper's functioning in some kind of high level cyber warfare like how edi did) - a thousand geth pooling their talents to corrupt the reaper to slow it down - AWESOME, and then maybe flyers fighting airborne would be another species, and some of that laser action from the quarians (would have loved to see them in some key part of the battle since building AI/geth was something that tarnished them taking down the reapers would have been a perfect redemtion) ... I would have loved to see maybe Edi work as the one who syncs the laser and quarians along with various other species work to slow the reaper down with the laser attack. Not kill it but just slow it. Several factions slowly crippingling it so they can get to the beam and then of course, not starchild. Just a panel that appears once the crucible is there and then harbinger shows up for a show down with two other teammates. That would have been such an awesome ending rather than just seeing ships flying. Of course, we'd have to have some final way to destoy the reapers and get rid of the starbrat. But it could have been phenomenal rather than loathed.

As for the ME2 missions:

Tali's is actually pretty awesome though I kind of hate the sun as a challenge yet it makes it more of a challenge. And those drones, ugh. Warp kills them easily though. Garrus' is pretty interesting with closing the gates. That was a real challenge for me untill I got warp, reave as my skills. Other teammates are entirely useless with the vorcha and hurdles.

Grunts was good in that it was very different battlewise. reminded me of being a roman in the colluseum with no crowd watching and cheering. Reave takes down that thrasher very fast.

The rest were different versions of the same ones to me though thane and samara's loyalty still stress me and I always save before them thinking I might forget something or be too slow or pick the wrong response with morinth since I haven't played it that much.

Lair of the Shadow Broker. The fight scenes are abundant and fun. The car chase is also a lot of fun.

Mordin's loyalty mission for me. Simply for the discussions about the nature of science and empathising with Mordin's PoV. It's intelligent, challenging and thought-provoking.

But as a self-contained action level, Garrus' recruitment mission is just great.

Not a fan of Jacob's loyalty mission (too many plot holes) or Samara's recruitment mission (makes her seem rather dim) though.

I like Samara's, mostly because of Biotic God, and the music is awesome.
