Indoctrination can be done via implantation or indoctriantion waves. And he can only get the eyes via implantation.

You're jumping to conclusions. It's never said that his eyes are even cybernetic. Saren's eyes glowed blue even before Sovereign implanted Reaper tech in him. The only confirmed time TIM's received implants was during ME3 on the video console in Cronos.

No it doesn't. If it does, then it isn't made clear.

Ask your self this, why does cerberus have a failsafe to control EDI if they did not think they could get her to do what they wanted?

You make failsafes to shut something down when you can't control it or it goes rampant. Since EDI wasn unshackled at the time (and thus no longer limited in her processing ability), the failsafe had no effect on her.

If they didn't think they could get her to do what they wanted then they wouldn't have bothered creating her.

1. Yes, it does. Do you even understand how shackling a machine enve works?
Even EDI tells you she has the shakles in her programing.
2.And you aswered  you own question, that means,  if they didn't think they could get her to do what they wanted then they wouldn't have bothered creating her, they had ways to control via programing. Thatbring my poin o full circle. If EDI was shackled and order by TIM to kill every on  the normady, She would do it

I liked the original but had issues with the Extended Cut.

mainly due to the fact that Bioware got cold feet and pulled a 180 on the Mass Relays and Normandy crashing.

I have an issue with the Relays now not being destroyed because I liked the idea that the Alliance would be forces to open up dormant relays to find new routes to get the other species home thus begins a massive odyssey into the unknown.

And I don't like the Normandy surviving because that now means the Stargazer scene no longer makes any sense.

I found it disappointing, albeit tolerable, pre-EC.

Post-EC, I find it sufficient.

So you liked the idea of the whole victory fleet starving on Earth? The Normandy survived the the original ending too.

No, I'm not. Sarean and TIm only got the eyes after touching the reaper artifact in ME:EVOLUTION. No othe form of indoctrination has those eyes other then implantation.

I liked some aspects of it. I liked the destruction of the relays, which has been foreshadowed since ME1 and further hinted on in ME2. The one thing I really hate in the EC is that they just rebuild the relays.

With all the controversy surrounding the ending, I think people lost sight of this game's real problems. Instead of spending resources on fixing the endings, I would have preferred if they had taken the time to expand the interactive dialog in the game.

That's not clear? This is the general nature of all machines. This is a given. Even EDI when unshackled tell you she does what he programing tells he to do.

Madness! People actually liked the ending? I hated it, but the EC made it... tolerable. At least that gave us closure.

I might have reacted differently if they had chosen a different avatar for the Catalyst, WHY did it have to be that annoying kid with that annoying voice. So bloody cheesy!

Did you even read my post? only an idiot would sit in one spot and starve, a being who wants to live will find food.

Seriously the notion that the species on Earth would just stay in the Sol System and starve rather than look for ways to keep their species alive is clearly thought out by someone who underestimates survival skills.

The Normandy survived yes, but that wasn't the complaint, my complaint was that since its no longer marooned on the planet the Stargazer scene no longer makes sense

I liked the ending -which is what I assume you mispelled in the title-: Shepard and Anderson finally finding peace in death as the crucible docked on, presumably saving the galaxy from the reapers.
I still don't understand why they needed to add all that weird death hallucination of Shepard talking to a ghost child that secretly governs the universe, but the actual ending (see previous paragraph) was good.

Already tried that on the BSN, just get flamed people here seem to have trouble with accepting the opinion of others. Before the EC I agreed with the anti ending stuff. But after it it's just angry footstomping.

shepard making the ultimate sacrafice is aperfect way to end the story, its not a pandering cop out ride into the sun set ending, its more crative, and the after math for controland synthesiis create a verry intresting status quo.

furthermore the game was always about choice  and as the final choice of the serise, it feels suttibly big and long reaching, .also thematicaly it was all shot really well, the music, theflash backs, shepards death, the wave bringing hope and peace to the galaxy. the shot of thesia being liberated had me in tears, as did seeing the krogan babies

See this is progress.

My main complaint is Star Brat and it's...derptastic view of things.

I would however still like to know what exactly you liked though.
