I just bought a PSP after promoting all my characters and I got nothing. Just Bioware points deducted from my account but no gear.  What's going on here?

Amybody else have this happen?

Try contacting EA in a live chat to refund your BioWare points.

This is a wonderful known bug with ME3 MP; there's already a multi page thread with lots of people complaining about similar issues. It's like a one-arm bandit, see, sometimes it works, and sometimes the house wins. Enjoy!

Try exiting and re-entering the game. In the past this has happened to me and when I closed ME3 and re-opened it and went into multi-player, it gave me my stuff. That said, sometimes it does give you nothing.

That's why whenever I buy something and there's a long pause, I'm always holding my breath...

It happened with me today.

When this happens, I usually get it after some time. Meaning, when I buy 2 packs and nothing happens, I get those packs next time I enter MP or the store. Don't do this instantly, you should give it some time.. maybe play a match first

I had to do a Live Chat with EA to get my gear. At least that was easy enough.

That was the first time it happened to me and I just had to vent.

It happens to my everytime I'm buying anything with the points. I need to restart the whole game to get contents of the pack. Points are deducted, no gear. Restart, gear appears. I'm spending money on a game and it can't even work properly. Pathetic.
