What? Do IT supporters really work their minds this way? Why would you not believe Bioware's statements, yet pretend that they're "secretly intending" a fan-theory? That's just denial. That's it. IT supporters can't accept that it was just poor writing. And the fact that they want a ENTIRE game that finishes the REAL fight against the reapers? Really? What kind of ending to a trilogy is that? Would you have wanted this kind of ending before you experienced the original endings?
The IT is no better than the original endings, they take away player choice, they make the ending choices a "roulette" thing which goes against the rpg of mass effect, and they depend on future content that goes against the ec dlc and developed works.
IT is wrong. It's never going to come. Now I hear of this "con" theory and "dream" theory, well the fact that you have to make different parts of a fan-theory shows how ridiculous it is.
I feel that all IT supporters at this point are still butthurt over the endings and can't accept them. That's okay, the plot really was me2's fault, as it didn't set up anything for me3 (except cerberus). I really feel that one person can play me1, skip me2, and play me3 without any major misunderstandings.

Wouldn't be the first time a Bioware rep lied to us.
except now that the ec dlc is actually out, and it took Bioware three months to spend money/resources while it postponed single player dlc, I'm pretty sure they won't be making any ending content, especially since IT makes the ec dlc pointless.

Where did Clever noob say that Chris was lying?
"He also put a devil symbol after the post, which he does a lot when "denying" early things that end up being true. Not to mention the fact that Chris Priestly and Jessica Merizan are full-time liars; it's pretty much their job to lie on behalf of Bioware to cover-up any future DLC."

I always felt ME2 had set it up in a way where the choices you made in the game would impact ME3, but also left the future wide open so ME3 could do pretty much whatever it wanted in regards to the Reaper War storyline. Take Priority Rannoch for example, what you did with Tali and Legion in ME2 effects this mission, but not to the point of where you can see exactly what's going to happen. It sets the framework for it certainly, but is left open since ME2 didn't write ME3 into a corner in regards to the detail, or what exactly had to happen in ME3 for the Reaper threat to be defeated. All the theories are pretty much people living in denial, myself included, but if I look at the ending from the IT point of view, I can at least play through th ending and not feel like throwing up. It might not be true, but it makes me feel better, and the people who have done it have put a lot of work into sorting out the details so props to them for giving me things to look for when I do replays.

"who should I believe? some randon dude on the internet? or bioware?
definitely the randon dude on the internet.. he's "trustworthy" ...
seriously..
if people believe on the IT, that's cool, and I do like the theory, but simply being blind and ignore everything that bioware is telling us is just being dumb.

Which he's doing every time he posts anything. Whether closing a thread, posting news or saying that he likes pie. Just so you know.

What would be interesting is if someone could prove the Devil Symbol thing.

Chris: "Oh ****, you got us! Let me tell you all about our secret plan even though the evidence is string-thin at best!"
or
Clevernoob: "Oh, Chris said I was lying? I guess I will admit to lying on the same day as posting the video even though I could have assumed BW would deny it."
Seriously, people, just believe whatever you want to and don't be an ass.

Chris said IT remains a viable possibility for the ending...
Are you calling Chris a liar?
I don't think that the case here.
what happened is that Clevernoob said on youtube that he did have reliable information that a new DLC is coming and it is called project X, and this DLC would be about the indoctrination theory.. Chris denied that, and Clevernoob said that Chris was lying.

Could it be true? I won't touch that question but I obviously would hope so being a former IT supporter.
