 So I recently started playing Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer and the servers were playing up when I went on. I tried to download my starter pack but was disconnected from the servers becuase they were playing up. When I went back on multiplayer I did not recieve my starter pack and it was not available in the store. I checked and I could not find any new stuff. Please help me, how can I redeem my starter pack?

I'd start by re-posting in the ME3 boards, probably on the multiplayer forum. However, not beyond the realm of possibility that this is something you need to take up with EA Support directly. Either way you'll get nowhere posting an ME3 problem in the ME1 and 2 forum because it doesn't look like BioWare staff ever come in here much these days.
