My God--I just bought 6 games I've been wanting to play forever off the Steam site:

Titan Quest Gold (TQ + TQ:IT)
Witcher Director's Cut
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
Deus Ex GOTY Edition
GTA IV

And--get this--I got ALL of it for <$30.  Every last bit for all that.  Wow.  Just Wow.

D2D has also been offering daily sales for ridiculously little change.

I work for neither company--I am just a gamer like you all.  But this is the best X-mas ever.

I don't remember ever purchasing around 400 hours of VGs without even dropping 3 ten spots. That's amazing

It's not particularly good, Game here has (or had a couple of years ago, I don't visit much anymore) £10 for 3 sales, I remember getting both Thief games and Deus Ex in one of them.



And of course you have to put up with it being Steam. The version of STALKER you bought is effectively a slightly cut-down version without internet multiplayer as the latest patch (1.006) which most servers use doesn't work with Steam.

Yeah, I ended up spending ~$6 yesterday for Mirror's Edge and Evil Genius. Tempted to take advantage of their deal on The Witcher, but I already have it and haven't been able to find time for a second playthrough as it is.

I'm for some unknown reason flip flopping about Mirrors Edge, it's a 5 spot and yet I can't bring myself to do it. Why I don't know.

Sorry in advance if you hate it, but glad to provide the push. It tends to be a bit hit-or-miss with people - but the people who love it tend to love it (I'm an example). For the price, I think that's a good gamble. Then again, it's your money and not mine.

I actually liked the demo quite a bit. But I've heard that it's either a 2 or an 11, so I'll treat it like a stocking stuffer and hope for the best.



Have no fear, if I dislike it will not hold a grudge over 5 bucks, if it was 5.50 that might be another story.

I got Braid, Borderlands + DLC, Mirror's Edge, Defense Grid: The Awakening, Grand Theft Auto IV, Left 4 Dead 2, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, and Star Wars Jedi Knight Collection (Includes Star Wars: Dark Forces, Star Wars Jedi Knight: Mysteries of the Stih, Star Wars Jedi Knight: Academy, Star Wars Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II, and Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast)



I got all of this for about $110.

I may buy more games if I like any of the upcoming daily deals.
