First I've had a problem regarding downloading DLCs using origin client, on this very board I've opened a topic but no bioware or EA representive even tried to help! finnaly I managed to download the DLCs using some tweak on my EA account.
Then on multiplayer I've suffered from a problem on which I disconnect from the game on random times with no explanation, this time many people suffer from this issue yet again no EA\\Bioware representive ever took his time and try to help. After two chat sessions with EA support on origin support chat I've finally gave up and given the EA support links to topics on the forum with the data posted by many players having this problem.
BUT TODAY was the worst bug ever... I went to multiplayer to take my part on the operation.. I enter my characther screen to adjust it before the match then my multiplayer reset itself and I'm greeted with the operation welcome screen, when I log in ALL of my multiplayer advancement was reset.. all my Unlocks gone! the only thing left as it was is the Galactic Readiness %.
The annoying part was the useless EA support chat... who the hell are the people working there? they are like Copy+paste bots from ICQ age...

C'mon.... I've told the support guy:
1. Gave him ticket number which in it there was another ticket number with all the data needed on the "Disconnection" problem and steps I've taken allready to solve it.
2. Asked him to tell me what should I do because of the data reset as this packages actually can be bought with cash (thank god I've didn't payed with money for those).
3. Asked him and even gave a link to wiki page to explain what I mean when I say reset.
The answer I've got from that guy? wait for 1-2 weeks.
I DON'T GET IT! bioware.. for the love of god what the hell is going on here and how can I get in touch with BIOWARE support and not the 2nd class EA support which copy+paste stuff instead of trying to help?
