Just today I've become full-LS. And T3 too :-) Still can't understand why, but I think it's cute that you can modify the attitude of your companions ^^

However, while in KOTOR1 was quite clear which answer would have lead to DS or LS, here I get DS points out of nowhere! Really, I can't understand o.O

Well One companion there is an infinite Influence and LS exploit. That character's counterpart has similar Infinite influence and DS exploit.

Vaalyah, now you are a full LSer, just talk to all companions regularly. With the Influence system, it will change the characters alignment.

Everyone has their personality quirks.

Atton: leadership. No matter light or dark, he respect people that made up their minds and do it.

Kreia: Learning and respect her teachings. she hates extreme behavior and thoughtless behavior.

HK-47: Violence. Pure Unadultured violence. But he hates being too peaceful and being pacfist.

T3-M4: Courage;Loyality; Being a good mechanic. DON'T tell him he is worthless.

Haharr: Like HK-47; he loves violence. Also he respect leadership but prefers dark sided leadership.

Mira: Compassion

Goto: Good business sense. Intelligence.

Disciple: Compassion; Pro Jedi. Knowledge

Handmaiden: Compassion; Bravery; Pro Jedi

Bao-Dur: Respecting his technial skills. Tell him to not worry about it.

Visas Marr: Hope for a better tomorrow. Like many of her culture, she is quite calm and stoic. She hates her Sith Master and quite frighten by him for good reason. Darth Nilihus is a cruel nihilistic Sith Master; Feels nothing for the galaxy. Neither Sith or Jedi. He is purely and utterly empty. Hollowed out. Best way to describe Darth Nihilus is Nihilism made flesh. Not the dark side but pure utter nihilism.

Kreia can be hard to gain influence from without compromising your own alignment as a dedicated LS or DS character. Its part of the reason I tend to walk neutral or 'grey' in kotor 2. Besides that, not every DS action is the jerk option...as is often the case in the first game, with the exception of some major plot points.

Well Vaalyah might be interested in some of the secrets Kreia has to often. So a Dedicate LS or DS er can use her to learn. it is alright to be a bit callous towards her and use her too. For she wants to teach and have a willing student. Kreia is very similar to a certain sith lord we all know and love.

You're both right, guys: Kreia is my biggest problem. To deal with her I've got to choose dialogue answers that give me DS points (and I don't like this). Moreover, I tend to gain other DS points for pointless dialogue options (ie: not wanting to pay credits for leaving the Hawk on a platform. I KotOR1 I always did that with the Force Persuasion and no DS points. Here I've used normal persuasion... and I got DS points o.O ). Still perplexed about how the game decided :-P

"T3-M4: Courage;Loyality; Being a good mechanic. DON'T tell him he is worthless." oh, no, I could never do that. I love T3, it's so cute ^^ ^^ ^^

T3 (and other blaster wielders) is much better in K2 now that you can upgrade the weapons to be more efficient. T3 even gets the renewable shield.

Yes, I've just discovered that. But what can I say? I still see T3 as an adorable puppy-eyed thing... Simply my heart doesn't endure the possibility to see it harmed :_(

With T3-M4, Tell him that he is usefull and a good ally.  And Kreia, there are plenty of Light SIde Options that even your character get a ds hit from Kreia, you can stay a Dedicated LSer. Conversely, if you are a dedicated DSer, there are plenty of dark side options.

The problem is that there are actions I classify as LS (ie: destroying the swoop droid on Nar Shaddaa, because the owner is cheating on the swoop races) that give me DS points instead of the LS I expected. I am sincerely concerned about the "ethics" of this game :-P

You should only get DS points if you lie. If you persuade or force persuade, you don't get any points.

So, Force Persuasion (ie: forcing someone else's mind, entering their mind to force them to your will) is considered more ethic than just lying? O.O
However, guy, I've got a lightsaber ^^ ^^ ^^

Obi-Wan didn't get DS points when he used the conversation option
[Force Persuade] These are not the droids you are looking for
Had he used the option
[Lie] These are not the droids you are looking for
he would have :D

Oh, till now I love it! Even if I hope to find a planet with trees and grass and light. I'm so tired of sad lonely places all building and darkness -_-'

I usually had some combo of Bastila, Canderous, and Jolee in KOTOR 1 playthroughs. Especially Canderous and Jolee at the beginning of Korriban...great stuff.

"Great stuff" for their dialogues or their battle skills?

Dialogue primarily, beginning of Korriban they have a lot of commentary on the characters you meet.  Once I go to the Sith academy and start the actual combat section, I swap Canderous for Juhani so I have extra Force support to clear the academy/tombs

I've done all Korriban with Jolee (I love that old crazy man! Especially when he pretends to act like a slave :-D ) and Carth, since there you can rescue his son. I'd never thought Canderous could have been the kind of person to bring in a "stealth" mission :-P
