What is it about women in this game? The hardest bosses are all female (Spider Queen, Branka, Flemeth, Andraste, etc.) and the most horrid NPCs are all women too.

The story teller in the Dalish camp, especially if you're Dalish.
Yeah, that guy needs it's head chopped, but then again, I enjoyed the sitting animation and hearing him out, gave me this big ass immersion feel.
Even worse than him is the Keeper in the Dalish elf origin. She sounds like she's half drunk after a really bad lip piercing.

I love being Dalish, gives me pride the any other origin but all that faded away when I got forcefully conscripted, I let the Werewolves loose on the Dalish allies. Die, all of you.

It seems that the most horrible characters are women....mmmm....I hated Goldana too, the 2 chantry priests always chanting the same stupid stuff in Denerim, Isolde too was horrible, so in my second game, she 'sacrified' herself while I was applauding

Isolde: the most annoying npc in the universe (except Neeshka), but NOT by blood magic
Herren: a**hole
Legnar: greedy, rude, obnoxious pig
Faryn: a**hole & slimy to boot
Lloyd: cowardly sleaze
But if we can kill Hespith for mercy (as we could Danyla), then Ruck must go too, fair is fair. As for Sister Theohild and Mother Perpetua, they don't deserve death (quite), but after I talk to them and get my codex entry they should shut the hell up.

This is my list, purely from a 'my character hated them' PoV
Godwin! If you are looking to purge the tower of mages, he should be killable, just because he has a quest, doesn't mean we can't kill him after we've got the money from him
Bann Teagan, if my character leaves Redcliffe to be destroyed that means... noooooo-body should survive. Come back to find him unconcious fine, he should get the same treatment as Dehygan in Brescillian Forest (and yes am fully aware that means all the Teagan fangirls are gonna want me deadbut am talking purely from a character perspective, not personal)
Which then brings us to Isolde AND Conner, why stop at just Conner when you should be able to kill Isolde as well (rather than one or the other) for being the stupid fool that caused all the mess in the first place.
Elrina "Warden I think we should take the quick way out which is guarded by lots of guards rather than the way we came in which probably isn't!" above para-phrase is the reason she deserves a quick death. Why are we listening to the stupid knife-ears at that point when it is so blatantly obvious there are guards there? Simply tell Anora to go back in her room, stabbity Endrina, then grab Anora and claim one of the guards killed her.
Brother Burkel, really needs the stabbity option, for the sake of the rest of the dwarfs
Cullen (actually I wonder if he is killable if you admit to being a blood mage?), he clearly needs the stabbity knife of doom. Well, that is what my blood mage/arcane warrior is going to be thinking.
Captain of the Guard in Orzammar... snarky to topsiders, think he needs to be put to the stone. (that one is more of a personal view hehe)
Legnar, yes he sells nice stuff but he just gets on annoying when he keeps asking if I've seen his food!
Egrin! Just let us kill him so we don't have to keep running into that encounter 20 times per playthrough, once or twice is really all that is needed to get the good stuff he has
The whiny Chasind guy in Lothering, probably not the best of locations to stabbity someone surrounded by lots of people, but a lot of them probably gonna be dead anyway.
Goldanna, gold-digging cow needs putting to the knife. Should be able to go back to her house after initially speaking to her, without alastair and stabbity knife of doom her
Hespith, not really hated her, just feel it for her own good as a mercy killing
Coerlic or whatever his name is, the guy who always votes for loghain, I don't care if I can constantly whoop Loghains butt in the voting, I want it so he scores 0 pointshe should be one of the targets that Ignacio gives for us to kill
Wouldn't it have been quicker to just list the NPCs you *didn't* want dead ??
Sten: No!

Okay i'll expain this.
First, if you took the goody-goody route and saved both Isolda and Conner, (I kill one of them just to p*ss off Allister, a character I took an instant dislike toward.) he professes all sorts of being in your debt and all that nonsense then doesn't do anything you ask. I can see it if you offed either Conner or Isolde.
"So what should I do with Jowan?"
"Let him go."
"Oh no, I can't do that."
I'm sitting in front of the screen hollering "Then why under the realm of the great prophet Zarquon did you ASK me?" (Well, that's not exactly what I say, but you get the idea.)
And later even though he says he doesn't want to proceed with the landsmeet plan without your blessing he refuses to consider any other option besides that idiot Allister as king. (Of course we discover he intends to pull the strings behind the throne, ulterior motive that Ferelden MUST be united under Allister?)
(In character, i'm a human noble.. I want my arse on the throne, not some whiny little twit. Needless to say, Allister doesn't survive my playthroughs)
Ah well anyway, Arl Eamon is the NPC i'd like to kill.

Anora because of her whole attitude and her schemes.

I did tried to reason with her but I always ended up threaten her to give me the key.
"Just give me the key and stop fearing for Sten comming back to kill you all or getting in to trouble for helping a Grey Warden, Revered Mother. Because you are going to die when the darkspawn comes anyway!"
"You want to die right now, or die latter?"
"I can put you in the cage to wait for the darkspawn or show you mercy by sending you to the Maker's side right now!"
