Today, I have bought some Premium Spectre Packs. In one of them there was a Particle Rifle. But the moment I pressed A on my pad I got a message that I lost connection to EA server. And it seems that I lost my Particle Rifle also. Please help. I have been waiting for it for so long.

There's not an awful lot any of us can do here at BSN to help you. Talk to EA Live Chat to see if they can.

szkasypcze when they tell you that, just say no. Tell them you have already done it, and no-one answers technical support here. Tell them to look into your account and see if they can help.
Maybe if everyone bugs EA about their problems, they might actually start to help? (we can dream...)
