Hope this is the right forum section. My apologies if not.

I'm having one super Mass Effect playthrough of all three, and want to ready myself for to get the highest EMS rating when it comes to ME3.

Is there a good list anywhere that exists of all the things from ME1 and 2 that affects this rating?

This page actually details everything you need to do. Its quite thorough. It even allows for different choices, telling you the totals for each.
