I logged in today to multiplayer and began to customize the weapons for my characters.
The first thing I noticted was that when the weapons were on the mod table they appeared  all black.
Ok whatever no biggie I thought, as soon as I changed a mod on the gun the color came back.
BIt was then I noticed that some of my unlocks are missing.

For example, I always use the "Ultralight Materials" mod on my smgs, but now its gone. 
I also noticed that the M-358 Talon weapon was missing completely.

Now I didnt mesmozire every single item I had unlocked but I do remember having those and now they're completely gone.

I contacted EA support but they were completely oblivious. They didnt know what a multiplayer unlock was and kept checking my collector edition unlocks, at one point they even started to look at my Mass effect 2 purchases haha.

My characters' progress and the different race unlocks seem to be intact.

Has this problem been occuring recently? Anyone else seen this? Is there any way to get Bioware to restore the items? EA has no idea what I'm even talking about.

Yeah I just lost access to my stuff too. I relogged in a while later and it was back, but I was dumped out of the game I was in when this crap happened, and a few more.

This game is all over the place in terms of whether or not you'll bug out and lose everything (or fall out of the map, STILL A PROBLEM), and when I asked for help in the live chat, after about an hour of doing different things Pavneet or whatever gave me a set of instructions and then told me that they were wrong when I said that they were already set up as he said, and that I should do the opposite. Creeped me the hell out because what is this guy even doing to my computer at this point? He wanted to do screen sharing and everything.

So yeah, EA is stubborn and kind of stupid and should have just done this on steam, because their service sucks, and their underpaid Indian tech support doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground.

Hmm it's been a week and the items still havent come back.

Is there any sort of log which keeps track of what rewards you got for purchasing packs? I'd love to find out that I just imagined the whole thing and that I'm not missing items
