If it's it good, I'm buying it. I'm not robbing myself of a couple fun hours of ME3 on some weird principle.
Do as you wish. As my original post states, this is for people who are pissed at where Mass Effect has gone. If you are fine with the game and where it's at, then this obviously doesn't apply.
If you're pissed at where Mass Effect has gone, then stop talking about it, and stop posting on the Mass Effect forums, OK?

You must really hate the game then.

Well, yeah. Seems pretty obvious to me. Why buy DLC for a game you don't like!?
There are some people who are upset, but they are going to buy the DLC "just to see", and I don't think that makes any sense. Not that it's wrong, but I don't seem to get it or see any sense in it.
Obviously I wouldn't buy it if I disliked ME3. And I'm waiting for specific people to review it before I make a call.
But if you're concerned with this new direction of theirs, why does that justify avoiding it if they genuinely put in the time to make a good product? Seems counter-productive to the goal. If the "true fans" won't buy good works, that leaves the ONLY option to keep trying to reach out to the audiences of other genres.
Also, point of forums is discussion. Lot's of threads here get posted with a "everyone just come agree with me" mentality, but that's a little boring.

All the people posting here are fans of ME3 and most of them is going to buy Leviathan. Wrong forum.
I've been on the forum for about a month or maybe more, and all I have seen is complaining about how the series has derailed itself. When I make a thread for those who are complaining to actually do something about their anger, all I get is the "true fans".
This isn't the "wrong forum", people just aren't in agreement to what I'm saying, which is fine.

The whole DLC business is really shady for me. I did not pay 80 pounds for a game just to pay another 10 extra now for a portion of the game.
The DLC is all about money; and if they want it that way, they're not getting any more of mine.
They should have focused more on delivering on the original product before they started selling extra parts of it; parts that could have very well be already in the game.
So, I will not buy the DLC.

Oh, but when you are writing me checks every week, or paying my bills, you can tell me how to spend my money. Until then, your wallet is over there, lock it all you like, and shut up.

Although if you are annoyed about what's happened to the series you probably shouldn't buy it.

So you're saying that they're aren't hardcore fans that are actually still upset about the game? That they're aren't hardcore fans who actually are willing not to buy the DLC to prove a point to the developers and publisher of the game? If you are aying this, then maybe your not reading into the same threads that I am, or seeing the same posts that I am seeing on a daily basis from fans.

Even with the endings, Mass Effect is still far better than any game I've ever played. In fact, it's because it's so much better that the endings were so bad. So no.
Wow. You need to play more games then.

Great, that's fine. I'm not telling you how to spend your money. This is for people who are in agreement with my original post. If you do in fact disagree, you are free to state that and I encourage that you do. The insult is unnecessary though, but whatever.

Not really, actually. This is a Bioware forum, there will be tons of people who disagree. I was hoping for less trolling perhaps, but the "backlash" was expected.
