Earlier today, in the multiplayer menu, my N7 characters became locked again, so I disconnected my EA account and restarted the game. However, in the main menu screen it merely says "Checking Downloadable Content..." It has been like this for at least an hour.
What is the fix to this? All I was trying to do was to regain access to my N7 classes, and it just will not stop "checking". I have restarted the game 3 times, my Xbox 2 times, so don't say "Just restart the game".

not sure of the N7 characters, but I would try redownloading the dlc as well as making sure that the setting to auto sign in to the EA servers is set to on. In order to do this disconnect your xbox from the internet and turn it on.
