Without being to spoilerish:  No Tallis leaves at the end of MotA. Regardless even if you romance her. She's a one DLC character.

One more question if anyone remembers... After completing the DA2 main quest, do you still have Bethany/Carver in Party to play DLCs?

I'm doing my 3rd playthrough but I don't remember... Bethany's in the Circle in my case...

You can bring your sibling with you for each of the DLCs, no matter which chapter you are in. MotA leads you to believe you can't but you will meet your sibling in Orlais. And I think you can bring your sibling even if they went to the Deep Roads without Anders (if you know what I mean) for after the main quest, but I don't know about Act II or Act III.  Bringing your sibling to Legacy is a lot of fun actually. And personally, I usually do the two DLCs during Act II or Act III just for story's sake.

Yes, in fact I only miss the Final Quest to the Gallows from the Main Game, but don't have Bethany in Party.

I wanted to play DLCs before the last stand, with Bethany in Party, so I will get End-Game Official Autosave including DLCs choices...

Yes, I'm a little maniac.

MotA doesn't take place in Orlais. Many characters are Orlesian, yes, but Chateau Haine is in Free Marches.

My mistake. It might have well as been Orlais. It was almost a Orlesian embassy really.

No, I did one playtrough where I took Carver to the Deep Roads without Anders - I wanted to have Anders being the damsel in distress in Act 3 - and Carver was not available for Legacy or MotA in acts 2 or 3.

There is a Legacy achievement that requires Bethany/Carver to come along. I always have either one in the party, since Legacy is all about the Hawkes and a certain magister.

I wouldn't worry too much about the "perfect DA3 import". I went back to Origins after I played DA2 and realized that I wanted to have Avernus alive and get a bit more dialogue for importing an Amell warden. There is a good chance that you'll want to re-do your import after playing DA3 at least once.

I don't think I'll do that... I want to do perfect import right now cause I don't liked DA2 so much... and I played DAO 4 times already. I'm sure one day I'll have one more Mass Effect 1-2-3 complete re-doing. But DA is a different story... different game, wonderful but really "heavy". I'll probably play DA3 3 or 4 times but using the same import from the previous.

Well, if they continue the "import feature" I'm fairly certain they will also include some default imports like they did with DA2, for those who either didn't have an import or who didn't play DAO. Of course, the connection isn't as strong, but it is one option for those who didn't want to play the game multiple times. The downside to only having a limited number of imports is some quests in DA2 weren't available with some choices (NPC's being dead and some choices not being there). So a variety of different imports allows for as much viewed content. Can't go into too many particulars, but I actually played a game just prior to DA2's release and made a choice I never had before JUST to see a couple scenes in DA2 that wouldn't have otherwise been there.
