These are my tactics to Isabela for now:

Self: Health <25% - Use: Health Potion
Enemy: Nearest visable - Stealth
Enemy: Using ranged or magic attack - Backstab
Enemy: Using ranged or magic attack - Explosive Strike
Self: Being attack by melee attack - Evade
Enemy: Using ranged or magic attack - Skip tactics
Self: All enemies using melee attack - Backstab
Enemy: STAGGERED -  Explosive Strike 

BUT... She ignores all the archers and mages, just hunt the warriors using her Explosive Strike (without being staggered), but she keep using stealth and evade!<_<

Can someone explain/help with this?

I'm not a tactics expert but since no one else is helping.. Your tactics are telling Isabela to Stealth right away. I assume you don't want that. You're also telling her to evade upon getting into melee. You don't want that either. Both of them should be on Self surrounded by 3 people stealth/evade that should solve the problem. The rest of the tactics looks okay to me.

avoid the stealth tree with her.

click the compendium link in my signature and go to the companions guide section for a totally hands free version of her that does very good damage when left alone and great damage when taken control of.

So I did nothing wrong? The game that can't interpret your own content...

I think going to Stealth right away makes her select the wrong target.
