Personally, I'm hoping Bioware sticks to their guns and portrays the Leviathan as some giant, fearsome looking creature. So far, we've only got an ancient hieroglyphic representation of the Leviathan which displays "it" as a large, humanoid figure.



In the newest Trailer, we've also received new clips from cutscenes which imply that the Leviathan resides underwater which matches the actual definition of "Leviathan" quite accurately. Hurrah! We have a giant humanoid alien figure that lives underwater and possesses the power to kill a Reaper plus indoctrinate an entire colony.

On a less serious note, the old cave image of the Leviathan does portray him as a familiar being. He's very Slender, and he's a man. I just went there,

I digress, what do you guys think the Leviathan will look like? Please try to be serious. (:

Large humanoid figure with smaller humanoid figure throwing spears at it. and it's specifically showed in the trailer probably for a good reason. Reasonable to assume that the large figure is Leviathan.

If Leviathans were the creators, and then became the Reapers, I wouldn't be surprised if Leviathan looks like a giant cuttlefish

Leviathan should be some kind of proto reaper with original looks. If not, and in fact he will be slender man than it would be hell of a twist and I will be shocked ;S

Bah, if Bioware pulls another "alien that totally looks like humans 'cause lol" then I won't be impressed. They pulled that crap with the quarians and asari not to mention all the "hoomans r speshul' stuff. Personally, I hope he looks more akin to actual Reapers, a big cuttlefish like creature.

Actually leaked dialogues from Leviathan DLC has some clues about how it looks. Someone from squadmates (I think it's Liara) says that she don't want to some creature with tentacles to enter Shepard's brain.

And here is more: we already saw some tall thin creature in game and I think you know who it is:


Game never tells us that Ilos Statues are representation of Innusanon race, so I think that Leviathan is look like Proto-Reaper made from this race.

that seems a Thorianized creature.. consumed by the Thorians. That whole place looks Thorianated tho..
