I think Leviathan turning out to be a Reaper IS the plot twist. The voice actor leaked a month ago that he plays a Reaper called Leviathan. I think we were supposed to think we were looking for some ancient creature but then at the end of the DLC we go underwater and find it and SURPRISE! It's a Reaper/proto-reaper/the first reaper.
Plus that voice sounds very Reapery/Reaperish. I'm really hoping it is a Reaper, if it's something else I would be slightly disappointed but hopefully will be able to enjoy the DLC regardless. Also hoping it will tie in with the Leviathan of Dis story, but we'll see.
