I don't f*ckin' care. I usually don't top the scoreboard, unless I play with Shadow or Destroyer, but I know, that I help my team out with setting up BEs, reviving downed teammates, covering flanks, etc. These roles are important as well, and without a good support team, the top scorers could not do their job;)
Do you get jealous/angry/suspicious if you're not in 1st?

It doesn't matter if I feel I like contributed and helped the team. But if it was because just sucked then I get pissed off.

not really, but I do get jealous at a player's skill if he/she got first with a character lvl < 10 in a gold game (which happened. lvl 4 asari vanguard with saber X)

I never get jealous or suspicious, but maybe I do get competitive when I am playing with an actual good player. Most of the time though I get angry because I am 1st, and that's becase the other 3 players are tripe which happens too often, and I'm not even in MLG!

I'm fairly happy if I'm last.

If I am in first there's something wrong.
Usually I'm second or third..rarely first or last.

I don't want to spark another debate about this so I'm not quoting anyone here:
If you end up with paltry scores you might have a perfectly viable reason for it. However, reviving, doing objectives, shooting your gun, or using the powers bioware bestowed upon your class is not one.
If someone can compete with me on score it's gg and I certainly welcome it.

The only time I'm ever in first place on the scoreboard is if I'm playing an N7 Shadow or the group is just bad (for any number of reasons), and neither of those two criteria happen all that often. I'm totally fine with normally being 3rd on the list.

Too many matches lately have ended with me having more score than the other 3 players combined (some people really should stick to bronze/silver), so i find it relaxing when someone is doing better than me.

I personally do not give a hoot, if i am smashing the scoreboard and sitting at the top with a huge lead, or at the very bottom barely scoreing.
What i do care about, is everyone in the squad playing their part and pioritzing.
At the end of the match, we all share a certain XP and Credits, which is all i care about.

I'm tired of being first, to be honest. It's very frustrating to have to struggle to get though a mission because the rest of the team range from 2/3rds to 1/2 your score.

Depends on the class I am playing with. If I come in first with an SE I begin to think that something terribly wrong must have happened. If I don't come in first with a Demolisher, I start getting suspecious and try to recall if this first place player did anything unusual to fluff up their score, like use rockets when it was clear nobody was actually in any danger and so on.

Nah, not really. I get angry when I work a Atlas/Phantom/Prime/Banshee all way down to two bars of health and someones else gets them.
I don't even care about that, when it happens my assist score is much higher than his kill score.

i dont care but i do top the leaderboards alot dont even look till after the end of the game @ op i could probably outscore your valient using a talon on my shadow.. since they nerfed boss headshots all snipers became useless in my eyes.. i have a vailient IV i used to love it now it gathers dust.

Yes, I heard that, so tried to sabotage-stagger and then headshot. Of course, it could also be because I'm rubbish at it.ZombieGambit wrote...
Kills with Sabotage don't give points. That might be causing some of the discrepancy.

I check the score at the end of every wave once I've reached the ammo box, I know personal score does not matter since we all share the XP but meh ... something to do in the couple seconds between waves.

I wish I was second of third more. That would mean I'm in a good team and I have to work less
I was playing with a guy last night who said exactly this ^. He said it was fun to not have to try to carry his team and could enjoy playing more. His wife remarked to him "I guess you found some good people to play with". It lets you play a lot of different characters.
If the OP likes to be first all the time, that is fine, I just hope he understands that he is the kind of guy I would not enjoy playing a lot of games with. I play for fun. I only play the GI/Pirnaha if I am on a random team that is struggling to complete matches.

Don't really care about score as long as everyone is doing their part. I have noticed on more than 1/2 the matches I've been in. The host is leading the score board. Lag free "advantage". The whole lag thing bugs me more than anything else.
