I had to change the password on my EA account because I forgot it. But my Xbox keeps trying to log me in and gives me an "online storage can't be accessed" message. I couldn't see anyway to logout of the EA server and log back in. Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!

Hello
The "maker" only allows us to disconnect from XBL or to disconnect your LAN cable or WLAN adapter. After done so, you can reconnect to the servers.
But it seems there is s.th. else wrong with your error message. Seems to me the online storage-server isnt up again.

Give it some time or try appealing towards EA self to solve the issue. But I'd wager you will wait a year or two before you get a reply.

Yeah, I am haviing the same issue, and my XBL account is associated with my EA account via the online account manger, and still an issue. I don't know for sure if I have the irght user/pass for my XB EA account information, and I too want to find a way to re-enter the said information.
Any have any thoughts that actually pertain to the issue?

I had a similar issue, only that I wanted to login with another account. With no luck after testing some things I finally decided to try to format the harddrive, and after that I went into the game I could finally change the account to login with! So try that if you feel like it and can backup whatever saves and files you want to keep before doing it.

So the login informations are stored on the hd and not within the gamertag? That are good news. Maybe Ill delete my HD also. But unlucky me....nearby 100 arcade games to redownload :-/
It would be good to get an option to change the login informations or enable/disable the DAO-server login. *starrs at BW and EA* ;-)

It seems like it, which really is a relief!
Yes, it's really bad that there's not an option to logout from the server since you can do it on the PC version >
I hope they add it in with a patch or something since it is really annoying.

Alright, it seems like I was wrong in some things.
If you still use your gamertag that you've already have used to login with on the EA servers, it will still auto login even if you format the harddrive, so it looks like the information is stored in your gamertag afterall unfortunately. It do seem like this only works if you want to use a new gamertag that you haven't already used to login with and do not want that gamertag to be also be stored in your old EA account.
Sorry if this have caused any trouble >.<

I had some trouble with the server this morning and if you log on to www.xbox.com and set your account to log you in offline it will allow you to play the game without the server. Hope that helps.
