I guess we should call EA, I'm missing victory and comm pack.

I have missed 4 commendation packs total and when I call ea they are saying its biowares problem and nobody has yet to even give me a courtesy email as of yet for this issue. Ea referes to the link http://social.biowar...m/me3wchelp.php but there is nothing here please HELP ME BIOWARE

Im missing 2 packs also. the one that jsut passed and the one before that. It gets annoying when you actually put in work to get everything complete and nothing to show for it. Bioware please fix this asap. i r want my partical rifle

Well I called EA about my pack problem, they said they sent them to me and give it a couple hours. I did end up receiving my victory pack so far, still no comm. I'll give it a day.

I was told on two separate occasions that I would get my Commenndation pack and never received it. The last email said it was only available on "promotional" weeks and that it was too late to get one.

Technically they could give you as many comm packs as they want I would think, since they send the missed content to your account. So I don't understand how it should matter if it's promotional week, I'm about to see if I got my comm pack, the victory packs had nothing good
