Just what do I have to do in order to place issues in tech support? I know Bioware will most likely not fix anything, but the multiplayer is starting to get unplayable. Controller freezes, invisible enemies, phasing enemies- it NEEDS to be sent to them to at least add the list of people getting fed up w/this terrible quality.

I assume you mean for Mass Effect 3 - and to do that you need to register your copy of Mass Effect 3.
As you've been playing it on the internet you should be able to do so.
Or register whatever game you have been playing (you only have Dragon Age 2 registered and that does not have multiplayer)
(I can't register my copy [or play multiplayer] because I don't have a home internet connection and bioware hates console gamers without internet connections)
Personally, I think console gamers without a home internet connection should be allowed to post on technical suport forum for ME3 and other ME3 boards including spoiler boards but Bioware don't believe in being nice to their customers so don't allow it

Denying anything from console users without internet connection is RUBBISH. I never connect my PS3 to the internet, because I don't want Sony's idiotic upgrades as I mostly use the console as a blu-ray player anyway. I get to keep my 3.55 software, thank you very much.

This forum only reaches gamer members. All of the Social Site forums are for the gamers, not the company. If you have a real complaint, you can only place that c/o the Official Support, EA Help.

Just-Me is correct.
Primary game support is handled by EA Support. The BSN's Tech Support forums are avenues of additional support from your fellow community members, with occasional participation by game developers. Developer participation in Tech Support threads usually occur in the days immediately following a major game release, and occasionally after a major patch release.

of course it does not explain why the ME3 forums (including to general discussion) are all blocked to offline console gamers.
Is bioware prejudiced against offline console gamers or just afraid they might get constructive criticism?
Will Dragon Age 3 forums have similar restrictions?
Why is Bioware so unwilling to talk about such things?
Are they "gagged" by EA or do they just want us to make up paranoid theories?

TTBOMK, same as Bioware's own personnel, there is no moderator assigned to a weekend overwatch in here, including Stanley Woo. If he does see your comment, it will be when you choose to be offline, during the week.
Incidentally, if you have any idea that Bioware actually gives a damn about any forums for any game other than whatever their current release is, do you think they would leave six or seven pages' worth of Spam sitting undealt with all weekend?
