  Hello, I finished a wave today and was able to level my level 19 engineer and promoted him for the operation. 

However, I have tried leveling my level 19 vanguard and have been disconnected from the EA server 6 times in a row.  Is this because of the vanguard class itself causing disconnects because of biotic charge?  Should I try to level another class?

This is incredibly frustrating

Edit: now im getting stuck at "connecting to EA servers" when I load the game.  GAAHHHHHHHHHHHH

Update: So I used the Origin Help from the origin client and followed their help advice by enabling the UPD ports or whatever... Pleased to announce I've had 2 clean waves and finally got my 2 characters promoted.

Hoping that was the sole reason for the disconnects lol!
