I've been on a business trip since last wednsday, I've just got back now. After learning that there's an operation I started ME3 right away, because I have a few characters that are ready be promoted, this OP should be a literally a few clicks away.

BUT!!

Despite the fact that I have the Collector's Editions of ME3, and that MP has always worked for me in the past, I have suddenly lost my multiplayer rights!

Instead of saying Connect to EA besides that button, it now says Redeem/Purchase Online Pass!

I only have a few hours to complete this OP but it's 1am and I need my sleep, I'm very tired from my trip.

What can I do?!

p.s. I am not banned from MP, I've checked my email.:(:(:(:(:(:(

I don't need to bump this thread really, it's 1:20am and it's already on top, but I'm just waiting now...

alot of us are having this problem but ea doesn't care about its customers at all. apparently people have been complaining for weeks but ea does absolutely nothing to fix it.

I just don't understand how this kind of thing can happen so suddenly like this. If it's a bug, this should have happened the last time I patched my game/installed a DLC. MP has always worked for me in the past. And if I'm banned for anything, I should at least be told that I've been banned through an automatic email, pm or something, that's like the minimal requirement, my buttom line.

This also happens when a player gets banned by Bioware for exploiting. Check the forum threads about cheating - there is an e-mail address where you can verify the status of your account.

That doesn't help me now does it? I don't exploit bugs or glitches or game mechanics even (don't farm). But I'll look into it. Or if you'll be so kind to provide a link?:pinched:

This is the e-mail address I mentioned earlier: me3accountadmin@bioware.com
You might check out this link to learn more:

It is worth noting that bans might be issued for being "guilty by association". Again, refer to the above-mentioned link, all the information regarding this issues are there.

Good luck solving this problem and hope you were not banned unjustly :)

If wymm666 was banned, BioWare would have e-mailed right? I think this is more likely just the connection issue that BioWare & EA seem completely incapable of giving a statement on.

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.

I know how upsetting the issue is. I will assist you in the best way I can.

I have checked your account and the code as well. the game is listed on your account.

Please manually uninstall and reinstall the game. Please go through the link below and follow the steps given.

I love the way they told you to "complete the task", completely ignoring that you cant!

look on the forums for answers because all EA tech support will tell you is "look on the games forums"

because apparently all you need to do to work for EA Tech is answer a phone.
