[Zaeed & Kasumi.

Yes DLC characters but still...cameos *sigh*

Heck, why not Cross-Game DLC? That works perfectly fine.

No one should cry about that because, hey, you should have gotten the ME2 DLC.

Thane.

All of the ME2 squad got the shaft, but Thane was, and will always be, my favorite.

Anyone who says that Ashley/Kaidan/Garrus/Liara/Tali got abandoned by Bioware is kidding themselves.

Corrected.

Well, technically, Tali got only the last third of the game of screen time.

Ash and Kaidan had only one good mission (Mars) and some nice scenes in the hospital, but as soon as they're back, BW dropped the ball. Without the romance there is no need to recruit them at all since they don't act as part of the crew mostly AND also not as friend of Shepard - like they did in ME1.

But I don't expect ppl to understand this, tbh.
All they see is "they're squadmates".

Miranda, every character has their own thing going on, I can accept that. And I thought expect for Morinth, which I don't care about at all, the cameos were sweet. Miranda was so important for the plot in ME2, so I expected more .... not the whole sister storyline again.
It's completly irrelevant if Miri is alive, not like Kasumi. .oO
I mean, wtf, a DLC character is more important then one of the main protagonists in ME2? Really?

And Jack, there can never be enough Jack. xD

Kal'Reegar.
More Adam Baldwin in ME3 could have only be a good thing. Now it's too late.

Morinth: She had a lot more potential... *sigh*

...and some minor NPCs, too: Shiala, Parasini, Rana Thanoptis, Emily Wong

Jack by far. BW introduces us to a strong woman who doesn't take crap from anyone, not even Shepard, giving her a great background story and everything. Then they take her away from us giving her fans about 15mins thoughout the whole game to actually interact with her. I hated this so much, such a deep interesting character and nothing was done to capitalize on her romance or just her in general. I'm so disappointed.

Without offending anyone, but Morinth was already a non-character in ME2. I didn't miss her ...
I mean, Samara got a full story arc. Morinth doesn't - and since no one recognizes her on board PLUS she fills the same role in the endgame, Morinth is "just" a reskinned Samara, a renegade option.

In ME3, the writers didn't even pretend to give her a story.

Shiala is different, but so is Giana Parasini for instance.

That's very true for Ashley, but a lot less so for Kaidan, in my opinion - I thought Kaidan got a decent amount of "friend" content and did act like a normal crew member on the Normandy by moving around the ship and interacting with the crew (playing poker with James, talking to Adams, calling Liara and Tali over the intercom, etc), plus he got two Normandy dialogues with Shepard.

But Ash? Yeah, her presence is all but pointless if you didn't romance her. <_<

I really regret not going with one of the canon romances.

If BW would have done their job right, ALL romances were canon. <_<

Yes I agree!

I hate that all the ME2 characters got the shaft and what little time you got with them especially with Thane...and you didn't get an option, NO option at all to save him! Posted Image

This.

None of the romances should have been sidelined/butchered/scrapped (ME2 characters) or have their content cut (I feel for you Ashley fans) or have bugs (Liara). None.
And each should have been canon in their respective playthroughs.

I think all the romances got royally screwed except for Garrus, Tali and Liara.

I think most of the characters deserved more of screen time.

Do I need to be specific? Most of the ME2 cast, you can play ME3 to guess why.
