i have ps3 game i load game try log in to account it say logged in.i start game i get popup u timed out.i down load the character creater to my pc every time try up load new character i get samething u time out what is going on please help.

The pc character creator isn't compatible with the ps3. And you shouldn't need to download it every time. Any character created using the creator will not be available on the pd3 version of the game.
If your ps3 is connected to the internet and already logged in to the playstation network the game will automatically log you in to the Dragon Age social network.
The few times I've had this "time out" message I log into the Social network from the pc, physically log off the account, and then start the game on the ps3. I dunno why, but for some reason it seems to work for me.
