Seeing as we don't know when in the story Leviathan is available it's probably safe to assume it's availibility is similar to From Ashes. Regardless, at what point in the game are you guys starting from, and where do you think it fits best?

I'll be doing mine after the first Citadel mission most likely but I think it would fit quite well just before the attack on Cronos Station (kinda perfect because most people will be reloading saves at that point).

Also who are your squadmates for the first run through? I'm probably Garrus & Liara, then Javik & James or something similar.

I have a save right after Rannoch I plan to use.

1st Playthrough: Garrus & Liara
2nd Playthrough: Tali & Kaidan

Yeah, I'm still on ME1 with my current femshep playthrough so I'll just be loading one of my old saves from Cronos Station. Probably my Male Vanguard Talimancer.

Oh yeah, and for squaddies it'll be Garrus and Tali most likely. Might trade out Tali for Liara, Kaidan or Javik though.

The waiting is starting to get to me.

I have the perfect opportunity to play it now if it were already released, but will have to wait until tomorrow evening since it's not.

I was preparing my third playtrough for leviathan. I planned to play it after Citadel cerberus attack. But I won't have enough time to do it. Who will i choose? Hell don't know. Garrus is a must in my team. Probably will stick with Vega or Liara as a second.

Edit: I've forgotten about Javik 0.O This may be hell of fun with him

Most likely will be with my main Renegade FemShep and her LI Garrus with Javik coming along to make up for the lack of biotics my Infiltrator and Garrus has hehe

I'll start a new game, & take it from the moment it becomes available to me in game, as i'm curious to see if theres any minor changes made else where in the game, as for squaddies don't know yet, i'll cross that bridge when i come to it.

Just fyi, it's going to be available as soon as you return to the Normandy just like From Ashes, so you may want to at least do the Palaven Moon mission if you want to have Garrus with you.

I really wish they at least tell us how far reaching the consequences of Leviathan are.
Cause if it's just a really sandboxed DLC, then there's no reason to play it any earlier than the final Pre Priority Earth 2 save.

I'd imagine around a gigabyte or so. Mind you, it could be anything. The EC was quite a massive download for such as short piece.

I have three playthroughs still running. One after Thessia, one before Thessia and one pretty much at the start: after Grissom before meeting with the Salarians/Krogans. I think I'll first play it with my after Thessia save because I think it fits thematically. Looking for an alternative plan after Cerberus beat you on Thessia seems fitting.

If it's too big (multiple missions, multiple worlds) that it makes sense to stretch the DLC throughout a playthrough than I go back to my latest save after Grissom academy.

Squadmates: Javik is a must on all exploration missions, guess Garrus will be my second choice, not sure though, might be Liara.

Also I'm taking Javik with me for definite, I just can't decide between Garrus or Liara for the second person.

the only problem with that is it kind of ruins your own playthrough.  Maybe that sort of thing doesn't bother you though.
