Alright, here's my problem:
I preordered the CE and picked it up on the release date. Well, my loveable, yet occasionally brainless girlfriend (well, ex-girlfriend now for other reason's) mistakenly packed it into a storage container that was placed in self storage because we were in the process of moving. Not knowing where it was, I caved and purchased the regular edition, which I only got to start playing here recently due to active duty deployment overseas. Well, a few weeks ago, while going through the self storage (inevitably to sort out and toss the junk she left behind}, I came across my CE. Elated, I accessed the DLC and redeemed the CE pass for the extras. Decided earlier to go ahead and update my profile here and DL the soundtrack for pure S&G. Come to find out its not even listed in my registered content, so I can't even DL the soundtrack. Now I'm noticing that the other perks seem to be missing. Is there some sort of workaround to fix this, or am I S.O.L.? The CE pass is sitting on my consoles HDD, so I know I redeemed it.
Not getting all Collector's Edition Content?

You will probably need to get onto EA support to ask them why your CE pass has vanished

It didn't vanish. Although it's doing it's local role on my console's HDD, such as multiplayer, and whatever else it does, it's whatever benefits it would have here that aren't showing up. It show's the first pass, not the CE one, even though both are redeemed.

You say it isnt in your registered content, therefore it has vanished. See my pass below, it says collector's in brackets. I'd say you need to get onto EA support and ask them why this pass isnt on yours.
(EDIT: I'm on PC btw, so I'm not entirely sure what XBox's registered game content files look like, but I'd imagine your pass should be the same)

If that is what it is supposed to look like, then I DEFINITELY have a problem. Mine simply shows Online Pass, not that I have the N7 one. I'll definitely have to get a hold of someone from EA Support. i know I'm going to need a drink afterwards though, my last experience with EA Support was a total nightmare.

I'm having the exact same problem. I had registered the standard edition first, and now after registering CE it's not showing up in my registered content. I only have "Online Pass" from the standard edition and nothing new :/
