I didn't recognize his Origin ID, but I remember him being a good player. Then my Mass Effect 3 crashed(on Rio) on wave 3 of the second game.

Let's face it. Some posters here on BSN have a certain amount of "celebrity".
ParatrooperSean, Upinya Slayin, Beerfish, Jack Crapper, DNC Protoman, etc.
Have you run into any of these well known BSN'ers in your humble lobby?
PS. I met Jack Crapper last week. He doesn't sound anything like his avatar.
EDIT: There seems to be some confusion about "celebrities" in this post. This should clear it up:Subguy614 wrote...

HAHAHAHA! a "celebrity"...FROM THE BSN?!!!
is that sumthin to be "proud" of?
That's
why I used quotation marks. I just meant that they either post popular
threads or post frequently enough to be seen by a lot of people.
I can't say I have.

I ran into Mgamerz once...he's much less of a douchebag than he is on the forums. that match was fun though, pity I don't have a mike.
To be fair, people are much less likely to vocalize mindnumbingly retarded nonsense over the mic on voice chat than they are to type if on the forum. It's very rare that I'll run into a group that actually uses the microphones, and when they do it's mostly for callouts.
However, you can't go a single day without at least one incredibly asinine thread getting posted on BSN. Here, there is a lot more to respond to.

Why exactly is that? Lack of confidence?

I wouldn't know, but I'm sure some pseudo-intellectual Dr Phil knockoff will come in here to offer his psychoanalysis soon enough.

I recognize some BSN names that make BSN prosperous with their activity and comments, but I don`t think any of them are really playing on PS3.

No no, he's still quite vicious ingame. He just gets to vent his sadism through the game.masswor5 wrote...

Needs picture to emphasize it.
And....now it's complete.
One thing I've been wondering, is this a screenshot taken in a normal game, or a modded-in facial expression? I don't think I've ever played through any of the games as the default Shepard, so I probably wouldn't have recognized it.

Oh yeah, that was probably me. I remember playing a round w/ you and then you dropped. Figured it was a crash. Rio is buggy as hell.

Sounds like an invitation. I play Dr Phil on TV.
Most people are generally civil on mics because speaking with another human being - even when anonymous - is more intimate than posting nonsense on a forum. Besides, the majority of posters on BSN are naturally introverted, and find it easier to converse around a topic, versus gabbing for gabs sake
