DA2 DLCs art and lanscapes were a "test" for DA3?

I remember when "Awakening" came out, I appreciated much some features, as darker landscapes and characters, new varieties of darkspawn, especially the talkin' ones... Kristoff/Justice fusion....

I think that was a sort of test for DA2, as in the game itself we found some of those things I mentioned.

So I was thinking... what about DA2 DLCs? Re-styled shining Grey Wardens, Orlesians knights and armors with their particular design, stealth sections, puzzles... and of course Ghasts (I love them)...

Do you think we'll se more of this stuff in DA3?

I personally appreciated the most discovering more about the Wardens. I hope if they won't be the focus of DA3, they'll at least play a major role, or having a Warden in Party.

I don't think the Grey Warden uniforms were a test for DA3, but the Orlesian influence of MotA could have been, especially if the next game takes place in Orlais.

I'd say that the DLCs were more of an attempt to try and win back those who had become disillusioned, but yes, I'm sure some of the more popular features will be seen again.

But ugh, ghasts. Do we really need to juvenilise the series more with what are essentially these things?

...but they're so cute!  Who doesn't want a goblin for a pet, or an army of them to command?  Just kidding...
