Fixed the payment issue by buying 800 BioWare Points through this website (via Profile > Add BioWare Points), then bought the DLC through Origin.

What's your DL speed? For me, Origin always downloads with like 1.5Mbit/sSoultaker08 wrote...

Asked the ME twitter crew, here's their response in regards to Origin downloads if you live in the UK:
We're working with the powers that be to confirm when it will be live, but we're hearing it should be ready shortly.

I want to thank you so much for this! Not only was I able to use paypal, I was also able to get 560 points, instead of 800 points (the smallest amount origin offers) Add that to the 240 points I still had on my account, and I'm all set!

The only way it showed up for me was via the DLC link on the games main menu (which dumps you to the Origin overlay), downloading for 40 minutes now. Origin does not list separately nor does the BSN DLC page. (Ireland)

Edit: It's finally showing for me now. I can't believe I wasted 1,5 hours searching Origin.

In Origin if you go to your My Games, Hover over Mass Effect 3, the click the "i" icon. This should take you to the status of all your content along with downloading progression bars. There should also be a downloading bar at the bottom of the application.

Yeah, there was nothing there - no bar in the list at all. Guessing its either not ready for download or I need to restart Origin.
