The one where you have to find and destroy the Tomes... the last one was missing so I couldn't complete the quest.
The other was the mission regarding the Scrolls, where in the end you have to fight that "thing" in Darktown. It was bugged but I managed to completed thanks to tricks I found on the wikia.
The point is: I was crafting the perfect save to import in DA3, with perfect choices, perfect character relashionships, looted every single thing, all DLCs completed... but I have that damned quest MISSING... IT JUST MAKES ME SO NERVOUS...

I doubt that quest will have any impact on ME3 anyway.

As I played a male character, romancing Isabela.
Save Isabela from the Arishock, defeat him.
Didn't allow Bethany to enter the Deep Roads, Templars take her to the Circle.
Trying to be always neutral 'til you're forced to chose a side, then I've chosen to help Mages.
Didn't kill Anders but told him to leave...
I don't remember any other right now...
