I've been disconnected countless times, talked to Origin support roughly ten times, each time I try repairing my game, they ask me if my ports are forwarded properly, I've booted windows in clean boot mode, and I've run the EA ping test and submitted the data to the support staff and they said everything looks good. My PC specs are good, my internet connection is solid, they have no idea why I keep getting disconnected from multiplayer games.
It seems to be happening all the time, to everyone, I can see how frustrated everyone is about it, and it's obviously some kind of bug in the game or some issue with the EA servers, it's long overdue for them to fix it, I'm ready to uninstall this game!
I spoke with someone from Origin support and they told me to post here to get some kind of in game credit for all the credits I've missed out on because I lost connection with the server during the final waves.
"you:[/b]and i would like those added to my accountAvneesh:[/b]I am sorry but I don't have any tool to credit the game points into your account.Avneesh:[/b]You should write to our forum after that our moderator will answer your question.
So can a mod please PM me so I can discuss recovering the credits that I'm entitled to, thank you!
The EA servers are getting ridiculous!

Frustrated with the very same issues, I talked to support as well. They had me delete my temp files, which resulted in a whopping two minutes of game time before my connection was dropped. This is an insult to the people who bought this game and supported Bioware. I know EA doesn't care, but Bioware should at least acknowledge the issue and offer solutions, as well as updates on progress being made towards fixing it. In the meantime, I have better supported games to play. Who knows, maybe I'll never buy an EA game again.

Yeah, its crazy that companies as big as EA and BioWare KNOW they have a serious issue that is directly affecting gameplay and making their loyal customers angry and frustrated with them, that's no way to get repeat business.
It's not even like these games are being hosted on their servers like an MMO, which is much more demanding to run than a simple authentication server, yet games like WoW and Star Wars run massive multiplayer servers continuously without issues like this, it's crazy, I can't even believe it, and something has to be done!

I've played 4 or 5 matches today, and I haven't finished any of them, I was just waiting for extraction on silver, I had just used a rocket on an atlas, and then it disconnected, so less than a minute in the match, this is BS!!
I used 2 totally different machines in 2 totally different places today, one at home and one at work, and I got booted every time, when will BioWare/EA listen!

I Would not care if if it did not effect SP, but come on. I only ever play so my GL is maxed. Please fix this or at least not make it relevant to SP.

After a disconnect while buying a Premium Spectre Pack, I got back into Multiplayer and...got the new player message. All classes were reset to level 1.
I was not amused.
Everything seems to be back after a re-start. Still...

I encourage people to file tickets with EA Help. The more data they get on the matter, the faster they hopefully can fix it.

heh like they'll listen, EA has a track record to not care what paying customers think unless they speak with their wallets and not their minds, it's how EA works, I'd say if their servers are unreliable like this at least put in a scanner that shows if someone quit rather than disconnected, it's not right that a person loses all their hard earned credits, they should also let DLC be used without any internet whatsoever without having to turn off all adapters but hey we're only very loyal customers who spent a lot of money on the game, what does our opinion matter to them anyway

So there's something terribly wrong with the EA-servers, yes? Technical difficulties? First I was unable to enter the shop, because it was searching for outstanding purchases...forever. Then I lost contact to the servers. And now I can't even get into the MP at all.
A month ago, when I was last playing, everything was okay. My internet connection is the same, too. So it must be on there end.
Oh man, BiowEAre should really think twice about entering the f2p-market with crappy servers like this!

Same thing has happened to me a few times, when I log in and all my characters are reset my heart skips a beat, but it's always come back after a restart, but still, something is very wrong, I think a bunch of pre-schoolers designed and are maintaining their servers, because it's a joke...at our expense!

Played multiplayer for a little over an hour last night and only managed to get through one game, all the others disconnected half way through, glad to see no one is doing anything about this.
ARE YOU LISTENING BIOWARE?!

Me too but everything was ok. Today I tried to connect to the EA Servers many times but without result. Really, it is just like a coin flip.

I'm so frustrated I could eat my keyboard.
All of this sounds eerily familiar.
One day there's one problem, players try looking/asking for a solution and there isn't one presented.
That day's problem fades in a week or two, only to be replaced by another one. Rinse and repeat.
It's really disappointing that my favorite game is such a big piece of crap that I just don't even want to bother with it anymore.

EA and Bioware really do not care guys, you all will continue to buy their half-finished games no matter how much they screw you over or downgrade services.
