EDI has a far more limitIng shackle. And even then she did evolve. We latter find during the time she is shackled she likes messing with Joker. Shepard bring up a question if her programing allows her or states that she can. Edi  states there is nothing in here program stopping her from doing it.

Overall I really dug the lore, an epic save from the Catalyst imo. About time we saw some more of Sovereign's "I hate you, die" attitude from superior races instead of the "Its for your own good" mentality of Me2 and beyond. Does this alter any dialogue in the ending?

How exactly do you trigger the dlc? I have downloaded it, but I am not getting any in game notification of a new quest

Dreman, all nice and cute... but what you say doesn't have any logic. How can you preserve what you're killing? that's the logical dilemma. In game evidence just points to the thing doing what it was programmed to do (like the creators telling us this and the catalyst) but preserving life at all cost means that you are allowed to kill, and if you kill you don't preserve life, see the problem here? if the Catalyst can kill without exploding due to this dilemma, then it's unshackled and can evolve to alter that meaning of preservation.

That still doesn't explain why the inside of the Reaper has arms and a head that it can't use.

Are you supposed to be able to go back to Dr. Bryson's office after Leviathan? There's a "hidden" option at the cabs, but it just leads to a loading screen. Is that when you retrieve the husk head?

You get the head when you first meet Ann there and James is standing next to the head. You have to keep talking to Vega until the option to select the head appears again, and you will get the choice to bring it with you or leave it.

OK I would have to say the DLC is definitely worth the $10.

Adds pretty good combat, a few pretty funny jokes and a little more insight into the Reapers.

Does it change the ending? No.

Does it bring up more possibility for a future Mass Effect game? Yes

Is it enjoyable? Absolutely.

Do I recommend getting it? - OK it's part of the ME lore. If you love ME then that should answer the question for you.

Ok, so one of the funniest parts is where Shepard and team find the miners and they can't remember the last ten years and in the video I saw, Liara says they'll have a lot of catching up to do. Those poor people should have been left alone as should all the people on Aeia in ME2. Let them live in their delusional state until it's all over.

And the last line for the announcement for Leviathan says it all-actually this is what the trailers for ME3 should have been called all along-not Take Earth Back.

"There is no war, only the harvest." I'm kind of sure Take Earth Back implied war.

Ok is that head purely synthetic or does it have organic meat hanging off of it or inside the cranium.  I mean does it smell?

Just finished the DLC, and I really like it. Thank you Bioware for finally giving more answers about the reapers. I have wanted to know about their orgins since ME1.

It is a sacrilege that they reuse David's Overlord music, when you talk with Ann in the laboratory.

So... Introduce a new villain in the last 10 minutes - whose motives aren't even its own, they're a botched attempt at programming logic - but don't explain why he's relevant or really exists until a dlc you have to pay for. I feel like something I love has just died.

The leviathan conversation is basically Bioware justifying themselves in a massive word vomit. Not very subtle.

just beat Leviathan. Kind of short but worth it. the new shotgun is amazing and it seems that bioware tweaked the argus a little making it not a complete pile of ****.This changed my entire perspective of indoctrination and the history of the cosmos in the ME universe. Oh and as a side note its not Leviathan... its LeviathanS. freaking loved it Bioware keep up the good work i am about 2 hours away from beating the game again and seeing what leviathan will bring to the party.

I agree with what Garrus said after the mission.

''It didn't change very much, but it makes the war much more bigger'' refering that the Leviathans now part of the war too.

Also the Leviathans said that the Catalyst will not rest before he gets what he was after. Anyone here knows what that means?

Maybe there is still hope for a bigger and better ending.
