His answer to the PM's sent were that either this thread needs to be requested to be locked or the other one stays locked if I read it correctly. Please please please do not go overboard guys. I know everyone is upset about the action taken by Ninja Stan, please know that we are all working on getting this resolved. In the meantime, go into the actual group section and check out some of the topics in there. This will get resolved eventually and being polite is they way to get things done.

Well that's good. He locked it after I commented, so I wasn't sure.

Don't worry about that, he's pretty much clarified his reasonings as he believes that when a grou pof people (like Team AreleX) create a second thread (like this) then the general discussion and the likes would follow over to the new thread. There was no breakage of the ToS just Ninja Stan trying to keep the forums a little cleaner. (If we are all talking in both we can usually talk in one, he locks it so it fades away and doesn't continually end up popping up onto the main page)

This can only be handled by optimistman type reactions!  Its like they are trying to put out the one shining light on ME3 multiplayer.

However things like this are why having your own forum is attractive, you manage all the moderations yourself

Why lock either one? This one seems to be mostly about the tournament, and the other one was for general stuff, like matchmaking. It's like locking a thread titled, "N7 Fury Tips and Tricks," because the OP started another one titled, "Advice on Turian Soldier builds"

I need to withdraw from the tournament. Snyper is going to take my spot and then get one of the guys from his team to be a reserve.

Nothing bad is going on, the opposite actually, just after a meeting yesterday I have a huge project at work I need to have done next week that will pretty much consume every waking moment.

I'm proud of my team they have been awesome and I am sure they are going to put up a killer time this round. If there is any chance I am available for a game or 2 I will make every effort to join them.

Congrats on the project!  Sad to see the Reapers divert our ingame cause by creating real life issues.  Shameless, yet all powerful!

congrats on the project. it sucks to see the team with the top time lose its captain though

if they don't unlock the main thread, we're leaving. we were already going to make our own forum, so it really does not matter. i don't want to be part of a community where those in charge wield their power so carelessly that they'd take away one of the few bright spots here; a community full of helpful, welcoming people, on a forum where all are in short supply.
