Ran it last night with him and it is pretty solid. Still think I
personally like the one my team had better, but his is amazing as well.
Re-watching the video now for my team and there were 3 wasted missiles
on wave 5 alone and I think I waste 1 later on something I could have
easily Reave/Cluster grenaded.

I'll post it here again for anyone interested. There are some subtle changes to it but it is the basic plan.




I should probably do one of these for glacier and white as we have some great plans there as well. And apparently I'm a sucker for agreeing to condor and goddess for the last to challenges as other captains seen to already have strategies there.

guess we gotta brake out the power weapons this time around. here's hope'n i get to atleast see the enemies on condor and may the map occasionally grant me some ammo. and for the record i hate turians lol.

in our defense we added extra stipulations look at our weapons. we took a graal hurricane carnifex and mattok. we could have easily had the best time had we used op weapons.

We also wasted 4 missiles apparently. I wasted 1, you wasted 2, and deafmedal wasted 1.

Edit: Also, I am not going to go as far as saying would would have had the best time. However, we wouldn't have been far off of Geekfest at all and running his strategy I still have mixed feelings about it, but I may have been making some mistakes or someone else could have as well.

Had Slayin's crew made a real strategy that team may have taken it as well, they ran around just killing for the most part, no real structure to it.

even with the tank bees other than geekfests team we only got beat by 18 seconds and no ultra rares were used and the reeger and piranha weren't invited to the party. just the two broke shotguns would have made up for the 18 seconds wasted on banshees and brutes.

I guess we'll never know since you guys decided to be cool kids and put those restrictions on yourselves, eh... Well-played.

I have to throw it out there that we're sure we could have had an even better time than the 12:14, had we been able to run more games together.

Geek's rocket/LoS strategy was well thought out, and I don't think there were any (or many) 'wasted' rockets. Gotta give credit where it's due

Don't worry, it'll just be that much more satisfying when we put up better times than these other guys.

Same Raz. I PMed him about how this thread was only created for the tournament and not as a communication hub. Besides even if we did violate the ToS (which I don't think we did) by creating two threads it is hardly logical to lock the one which has had as many posts in the last hour as this thread has had hours dormant.
