I can't use multiplalyer for 5 days. When i try to do something it says "pay / buy network pass". I have PC-version so its cant be any network pass. Can you help me?

Probably been banned for cheating.
[edit]Looking at your maxed out manifest - either you spent a ton of real money on pack, you've been playing very much and somehow still failed to participate in all but one operation that would grant you a commendation pack with a promotional weapon or you did indeed cheat.

I spend a lot of time in ME. No real money (exept DLS), no cheats. If i am baned for cheating just because i have maxed my manifest... somebody is ... not a smart person...

Then I suggest you take the steps outline in the linked article and send an E-mail - an appeal shouldn't be a problem then.

Did you recieve any email from bioware? You should send an email to ME3AccountAdmin@BioWare.com to check if you was banned. If not you probaly in the same case at me. Origin server messes up. It told me to redeem/ purchase online pass manytimes. Sometimes it works normally and sometimes it doesn't. I can't connect to EA server at this moment too. (PC) So far I haven't known any solutions for this problem, just lucky try and it work or not.

Did EA support tell you anything about being banned? Did you get access to MP at all in the last days or not at all?
rubynorman already mentioned your best course of action, as was said in the linked article as well:
"If you have been banned and believe an error has been made, please contact ME3AccountAdmin@BioWare.com and your case will be reviewed."
Mail them and ask if your account is "in good standing" and if yes, if they could look into your Online-pass issues and if you indeed have been banned, that you'd like to appeal your case as you're certain you did nothing wrong.

So where is your location? I'm from SEA. I heard the AAG (Asia-America Gateway) cable was cut and hasn't been fixed yet. It could be the problem

I'm in European part of Russia. And i don't think that is the problem because singleplayer working without a problem (All DLC are working normaly)

I have had a simmilar issue, along with other players. I e-mailed bioware asking about the issue and recieved a reply from Ernest Tse:
Hello,
I have taken a look into your account and can confirm that you have been banned for exploiting multiplayer. We take cheating very seriously and we have decided that this ban will be permanent.

Problem is I personally have not engaged in any "exploitative" behaviors that I know of. Send an E-mail to me3accountadmin@bioware.com and tell them about your issue. If you get the same reply that I got, I believe there is a very good chance that there may be a glitch in the banning system used by bioware; if this is the case then this issue MUST be brought to bioware's attention.
