I was kind of wondering the same thing. When I first installed the game on my ps3, I remember putting in some EA account info (email and password), but at the time I had no actual EA/BioWare account. Now that I have an account set up I'm not really sure how to tie it with the account on my PS3, where is that setting to deal with account information in the game settings?

I was never given the option to sign into anything when I started the game. Although I do have Madden 10 which auto loads my EA account. Either way, BioWare and EA do this everytime there's something extra to do with their games. They want you to sign up for multiple accounts so they get more email addresses to send junk out. I send an email every day to EA and BioWare about my BDA and I get nothing but computer generated responses that tell me to follow the directions I was given. They ignore the fact that by doing that you screw yourself and invalidate you codes.

I have to say it would be more simple to have the Blood Dragon Armor available to redeem in the game rather then on the computer. All of this hard work for nothing:(

Bingo i found this! Thank you gameinformer! (i copy and pasted it)
The instructions on the pro-order slip in the game case are as follows:
Following these instructions requires you use a computer or the
built in browser on the PS3. The web address given redirects users to
the beta for the Bioware social site, which is more or less broken. You
won't be able to acquire a standard 12 digit PSN store redeem code as
implied... and get frustrated (like I did).
The actual processs is as follows:

- Enter your code at dragonage.bioware.com/redeem
- Start Dragon Age: Origins and log in to your EA/Bioware account
- Go to the Downloadable Content menu to view the download progress
- Once installation is complete, follow the instructions in the Quest Journal

also if you typed the redeem code on your computer instead of your ps3, then just go the the buy page for one of the items, when the game restarts your content will be there. DO NOT ask me why this would work, its just how it happened for me.

This hasnt worked for me...getting really anoyed with it now, the redeem codes for the armour and golem are the reason I bought the game new instead of used.
In my case I put the code in on this site and now cant get it to appear atall in the dlc menu (even when I try the tip mentioned above...it did say on the site I would have to refresh my wallet first...no Idea how to do that
Any help would be apreciated.

I'm in the same boat. My Armor code is invalid because I put them on this site 1st. Even though they show up on this site, they WILL NOT show up on the downloadable content in game NO MATTER WHAT. EA/Bio keeps jerking my chain around. All I get are computer generated responses to my emails.

I'm having almost the same problem. I redeemed the code on the PC but the email address was too long (by one character) for the PS3. Since there is no option to use your account "name" I signed in with my EA master account. Of course that account does not have the Dragon Armor on it and now I can't undo that login, it's automatic. I've even uninstalled the game from my PS3 and started over.
This is probably the last game I buy from EA. I've quit everything they've bought up that I liked because of small things like this. It's such a small problem but has a HUGE impact on my game experience. I haven't even started to play because I'm too afraid I'm going to lose any other codes I type in (I bought the Collector's edition on the PS3).
I'm still waiting to hear back from EA support on this. Hopefully they can help me out but by reading some of the comments on this forum it's not sounding good for me.

I created a account yesterday, but with wrong email. I was going to type in my redeem code, but i saw that my PSN name was wrong and also, my email. So I created a account with my PSN email, went to redeem, but then it didn't show a PSN name at all. But i tried, and it haven't appeared in-game/downloadable content. :/

Sorry to bump such an old thread but i'm having problems with the BDA too. I've had the game since launch and although the Shale DLC worked fine the bda always said code already used. I never bothered about it after that. Now i've started the second game i would like to get this armour. Was there ever a resolution for the download problems or am i out of luck?
Thanks in advance
Thanks in advance
