ME3 was fine, but not that good, Skyrim was great... but the witcher is the ****!

ME3 lost my vote for GOTY after my first playthrough and Dat Ending, tbh - voted for Witcher2 for Best RPG and Arkham City for GOTY (Witcher2 would've gotten that too if it was included ) I couldn't ever get into Skyrim - I think I racked up about 50 hours before I got bored.

I *did*, however, vote for ME3 for Best Gaming Moment. If only the rest of the game had been as epic as Tuchanka... *sigh*

I dunno, I bought Skyrim because of all the hype and just didn't enjoy it at all. Different tastes, I suppose.

But still, I'm not crazy. Skyrim is so outrageously popular that there is literally no chance of anything else winning.

Honestly, I think that Telltale should get involved, The Walking Dead is frigging insane.

I'll probably just give my vote to Bioware, by way of a congeniality vote. They went through a lot of crap. It's time for us to be the better men.

I'm thinking the same way, even though I loved Skyrim as well. I voted for ME in a few categories. BioWare has our criticism but a little bit of positive encouragement for a company that's brought us an ass-load of hours in this amazing universe can hopefully help them make even better games.

I'm sure on some planet, I'd think ME3 is better than Arkham City. But this is Earth.

That being said, that game is highly overrated. Both ME3 and the Witcher 2 were better games. Skyrim is pretty, but it is also devoid of life, dull, and repetitive.

The Bioware page on facebook asked fans to vote ME3 as the 'Ultimate Game of the Year' in the Golden Joystick Awards.

I generally don't cast a vote based on someone simply ordering me to. I prefer free will, thanks. ME3 is a superb game, but I'd be surprised to see it really grab enough votes for GotY. Best of luck, but that may prove an uphill battle.

ME3 was forfeited its GOTY status for a multitude of reasons ( - the ending, the ending is all preference based at best), skipping the tired and numerous subjects written and debated 1000 times, the soul game breaker is the fact the game remains broken to a good number of gamers, particularly on Xbox 360 concerning The Black Hole bug of which has been virtually forgotten if not ignored. Now there is new DLC people can't even play, even after paying for their CE collections Day 1. Matter of fact their copies are rendered useless. Really? 6 months almost? Huge rip off in my opinion. I hope Skyrim buries them in that category. Hell no and no way.

As much as I love the Mass Effect universe, ME3 does not deserve the GoTY title. So much content missing, so many characters just cut out. I enjoyed ME3 a lot, I really hope ME3's slight audience failure doesn't prohibit them from continuing this piece of art.

I hear that Skyrim is flawless.

I voted ME3 for everything, just to annoy people.

But seriously, Skyrim didn't even work for me on the PS3, you think Bioware is bad? try dealing with Beths customer support, they knowingly sold PS3 users a broken game and still haven't fully fixed it. It's ridiculous, the game was a buggy mess.
