There are a few things you can do.
1. Ctrl Y on enemies + Ctrl R on allies (or Ctrl R on enemies if you have trouble with their protection spells but still want the XP for killing them)
2. In BG2: Add "KILLSW01" to your inventory using either the CLUAConsole or Shadowkeeper. This weapon is probably what you're looking for.
3. In BG1: Summon hordes of Drizzt via "Cheats:DrizztDefends()" with activated cheatconsole obviously.
4. You can also use Shadow-/Gatekeeper to improve your innate defenses (resistances, saving throws, base AC) or add some special defensive items (like Imoen's belt), but this process is probably too work-intensive to be worth it.

im 95% sure generic cheat programs would work for this game. So god mode is very possible. google Artmoney. Its very easy to set up. Select game, find health value, freeze it. There, god mode.
