I played through ME3 twice with no issues regarding the Terminus Gangs loyalty acquisition missions. But after the last Xbox update I cannot get the Eclipse mission to complete.

I can speak with the C-Sec officer on the Presidium Commons, the Eclipse leader Jarvia (? Name right?), Bailey and then speak with Sayn on the Docks Holding Area.

Then nothing.
 
The journal does not register the mission complete; it keeps telling me to speak with the C-Sec officer which I can no longer do. Both Bailey and Aria tell me to finish the mission, but I cannot.

I cannot tell if anyone else has reported this, so I thought I would let you know.
